crawling out of the attic and into my fucking chest.


A constant struggle back into the center is lost on me.
Breathing becomes a race, one that cannot be endured, outlasted or outpaced.
The signs reveal themselves just one moment too late.
Begging for redemption, I pray that that these feelings would go away but just yet they return
Among my thoughts, I have no control - death feels imminent; these are my last words
I may know that I'll still be here but at what cost? Will this pain be with me until the end?


The world around falters,
Quaking beneath the boots of my own misgivings
Lungs constricted, heart racing, the mind recoils and looming fear creeps its way
Into the depths of thought, the madness is too much for me to take
Unable to shake the constant feeling of death,
